Nursing Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our general nursing and residential home in Winsford, Cheshire. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive care, and supporting the growth and development of junior staff members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care, including wound management, peg feeds, catheter care, and medication administration.
  • Work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts, to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring outstanding standards of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Current RGN registration.
