The role involves working closely with Consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients presenting to the Paediatric Emergency Department. This includes collaborating on emergency treatment protocols, participating in clinical audit, and contributing to the development of quality improvement projects.
As a Senior Clinical Fellow, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective organisation of patient care, from initial reception to discharge. You will work at registrar-level in the Paediatric Emergency Department, with access to study leave allowance and funding towards Emergency Medicine-based courses. You will also be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility and offers flexible rostering options, allowing you to choose your working pattern over a 3-month period.
