Job Description

Marketing and Communications Lead

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team at Faculty. As a key member of our Applied AI marketing and communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity and messaging across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to position Faculty as a thought leader in the AI industry.
  • Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals to execute the strategy and create engaging content across various formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize Faculty's public-facing channels, including social media, website, and PR & press engagement.
  • Drive the implementation of a brand refresh and ensure consistent rollout across Faculty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of how to build successful brands.
  • Excellent writing and design skills, with the ability to inspire others about the importance of marketing, brand, and communications.
  • Familiarity with successful marketing for technical consultancy.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
