Job Title: Brand and Content Marketing Strategist

We're seeking an experienced Brand and Content Marketing Strategist to help position Slerp as the leader in direct online ordering for the hospitality sector. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that drives lead generation and positions Slerp as the go-to platform for online ordering.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute quarterly content strategies that align with marketing campaigns.
  2. Ensure content meets business goals for audience engagement and lead generation.
  3. Identify and pursue content-led tactics that could help the sales team generate leads or build relationships.
Content Creation:
  1. Own content creation across emails, social media, blog, and video, focusing on Slerp's impact on restaurants and communities.
  2. Create content from teams and partners for case studies, testimonials, and reviews.
  3. Produce video content that resonates with partners and showcases their success with online ordering.
Tracking Engagement and Performance:
  1. Monitor and analyse content engagement metrics.

Typical Fortnight:

  1. Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  2. Engage with the community on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to foster dialogue and promote brand visibility.
  3. Generate diverse content assets, including case studies, social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
  4. Leverage basic HTML and content management systems like WordPress to enhance content presentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 3+ years in CRM, email marketing, content marketing, or growth roles.
  2. Proven copywriting skills, adaptable to different brand tones.
  3. Comfortable with producing video content.
  4. Proficiency in basic HTML and platforms like WordPress to enhance content presentation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Up to £47k base salary with Stock Options.
  2. Flexible Working - Our office is based in Shoreditch, London. This role requires the candidate to be at the office at least 3 days a week, with other days flexible pending requirements.
