Healthcare Assistant Practitioner End Point Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End Point Assessor to join our team at Pearson. As an End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the competence of apprentices in the Healthcare Assistant Practitioner role.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures, ensuring overall standards are maintained
- Follow protocols set out in Pearson's specifications, assessment materials and quality assurance protocols, relating to the EPAs
- Report all risks and issues encountered during the end-point assessment to Pearson, including any suspected malpractice/maladministration
- Ensure all EPA reports and assessment evidence are of high quality and recorded accurately
- Be occupationally competent
- Be a registered healthcare professional in the related field of practice
- Hold, or be working towards, a formal assessor qualification (assessor component to TAQA etc)
- Have experience of working in a healthcare setting within the last 2 years
