- Develop and Lead Quality Teams: Provide leadership and coaching to quality teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.

- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance are integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, preferably chemistry or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance management, with a strong background in quality management and regulatory compliance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
