Job Title: Category Management Director

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a seasoned Category Management Director to lead our Capital Projects team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering optimized capital procurement and contract strategies for UK Capital Projects within our Pharma portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective capital procurement and contract strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with internal customers and external suppliers to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional site capex project managers to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
  • Source and implement all CCES categories in the Region, including Professional Services and Trades.
  • Execute robust, rigorous, competitive tendering and award process aligned with Project Management Framework.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of Capital Construction & Engineering experience.
  • Advanced understanding of contractual risk allocation across delivery models.
  • Experience of working with and drafting standard form contract agreements.
  • Good project management skills and ability to influence stakeholder behaviors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to extract key information from complex datasets.
