Wastewater Network Technician

We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Network Technician to join our team at United Utilities. As a key member of our Wastewater Network Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues on the public sewerage network.

• Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions to resolve issues.
• Conduct on-site assessments of customer problems and initiate remedial work.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaint levels.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in technical support and customer service. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including Maths and English, and ideally hold an NVQ level 3 in Customer Care. They will also be mobile across a wide network area and possess a full UK driving license.

• A competitive salary of £36,805 per annum, based on location and experience.
