Clinical Lead Opportunity:

Compass Associates is recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to join our esteemed nursing home in Cardiff. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in driving clinical excellence, leading a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and Operations Manager to drive business growth


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
  • Active RGN or RMN registration
  • Proven track record of working in a nursing home environment
  • Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience


Location and Salary:

This role is based in Cardiff and is easily commutable from surrounding areas. The salary is £47,000 per annum.
