We are seeking a skilled and caring professional to join our team at Austin Fraser as a Temporary Early Years Educator.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Childcare: Deliver exceptional care to children, guaranteeing their security, happiness, and progress.
  2. Learning Activities: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early learning and development.
  3. Safeguarding: Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to protect all children in your care.
  4. Observation and Assessment: Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for individual support or development.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient nursery environment.
  6. Daily Routines: Assist with mealtimes, nappy changes, and personal care as required.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  3. Compliance: An enhanced DBS check and references will be required prior to employment.
