Caregiver Role at Orchard Care Homes

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that each person living within our homes receives the care they need to live a fulfilling life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the individual's needs and formulating person-centred care plans, ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. You will also lead, supervise, support, and develop the care team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate a high personalised standard of Nursing care which meets the individual's needs and the high standards expected at Orchard Care Homes.
  • You will be a team player who will lead, supervise, support, and develop the care team.
