Pharmaceutical Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team at Benton Robertson. This is an excellent opportunity for community pharmacists looking to transition into a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Management: Conduct thorough medication reviews, provide personalized advice, and ensure safe and effective medication use in collaboration with medical and nursing staff.
- Clinical Contribution: Participate in ward rounds, contribute to patient care discussions, and educate healthcare professionals and patients on medication-related issues.
- Service Development: Assist in developing and implementing pharmacy services within the wards, enhancing pharmaceutical care delivery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided.
Requirements:
- Registration: Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Community Background: Experience in a clinical setting is not required; community pharmacists are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
