About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools in West Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to overcome barriers to learning
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and manage any disruptions
  • Collaborate with support staff to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for all students
  • Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students
