About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to join our team at Bristol Airport. As an Executive Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage kitchen operations to meet business requirements
  • Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes to drive sales growth
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Conduct inventory management and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 Commis Chef or C&G Food Production or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen role with excellent leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Able to work flexibly to meet business needs, including early shifts and weekend working
