Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Medivet Hendon 24-Hour as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon/Branch Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take the next step in their career, utilising their clinical expertise to deliver exceptional client and patient care while benefiting from extensive back office operational and commercial support.
About the Role
As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon/Branch Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading the hospital team, and contributing to the overall success of the practice. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance, proactively share clinical best practices, and support the growth of the Medivet community.
Requirements
- A RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience of delivering strong commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activity.
- Proven skills in coaching and influencing colleagues to achieve excellence.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.
