">We are seeking a confident, inspiring RVN leader to join our dynamic team as Head Registered Veterinary Nurse. The successful candidate will thrive on providing exceptional patient care while driving clinical excellence.
">Responsibilities
">As Head Nurse, you'll support surgeries and procedures, ensure seamless pre-and post-procedure care, monitor patients, and manage admissions and discharges. You'll foster a collaborative, forward-thinking clinical culture, empowering your team through training, coaching, and inspiring professional growth.
">Key Benefits
">This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,000 DOE, rising with length of service. Enjoy 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, health cash plan, RCVS + VDS fees paid, generous CPD allowance, life assurance 3 x salary, funded certificate support, discount schemes, and cycle to work scheme.
