We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of two remarkable young ladies, 'C' and 'S', who are about to embark on an exciting new chapter in their lives.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting 'C' and 'S' to live independently, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with the individuals we support, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
