About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team at Elite Partners ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, designing and producing marketing materials, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute branding strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging graphics for digital platforms.
  2. Design and produce marketing materials such as banners, brochures, and advertisements.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute branding strategies effectively.
  4. Develop and maintain websites using WordPress and other content management systems.
  5. Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and market trends.
  6. Create video content from idea to edit and upload, using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  7. Execute keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and develop content strategies to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
  8. Mint NFTs on popular marketplaces and incorporate NFT marketing strategies for clients or projects.
  9. Stay updated with trends in blockchain and NFTs to integrate them into marketing campaigns.
  10. Communicate ideas effectively within the team and maintain excellent collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva/InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat for graphic creation.
  2. Experience with Figma for interactive prototypes.
  3. Ability to work on Content Management Systems like WordPress.
  4. Understanding of how to brand effectively in design projects.
  5. Knowledge of market trends to create impactful designs.
  6. Skill to do SEO to improve website's visibility and ranking in search engine results to drive organic traffic.
  7. Basic understanding of NFT creation, minting, and marketing.
  8. Strong work ethic, adaptable to changing demands, and able to develop options quickly.
