Unlock Your Sales Potential with Extreme Networks
We are a global leader in cloud-driven networking solutions, trusted by over 50,000 customers worldwide. As a Virtual Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business and develop existing accounts within assigned territories and verticals.
- Actively seek out and develop new customers, new opportunities, and maximize business potential through proactive communication.
- Engage with new leads provided by our Operations Team and convert them into real opportunities.
- Generate new sales leads and opportunities, and develop your own customer portfolio through direct interaction with end-users.
- Provide consistent interaction with existing customers, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and ensure timely communication of new products, services, and operational changes.
- Maintain and build strong account relationships, and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client meetings and maintain accurate and timely information about customers in our CRM system.
- Manage jobs from quotation stage to booking, ensuring effective communication with clients and resolving any service issues.
- Manage and follow-up on quotes, and internal liaison with the operations team to assist with quotations and service information.
- Report activities to the country manager and contribute to the company's growth and success.
