As a Virtual Account Executive at Extreme Networks, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new logo business, building a strong pipeline, and generating new sales leads and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent the Company at industry trade shows and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and building brand awareness.
- Manage customer information, including contact details and call reports, accurately and timely in CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with customers.
