About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Polestar Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Lookers Glasgow Volvo. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for our valued clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every vehicle is prepared correctly for each customer's collection day, including pre-populating in-car systems, conducting quality checks, and providing a tailored handover experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to customers through timely and effective communications leading up to their vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure every vehicle is meticulously prepared for each customer on their designated collection day.
  • Deliver a personalized handover experience for each client, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their vehicle's features and specifications.
  • Contribute to maintaining industry-leading standards and utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to relevant compliance guidelines in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, IT literate, and able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. A full valid UK driving license is essential for insurance purposes.
