About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our team at Elior. As a Front of House Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Ensure that the front of house area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Operate the till point efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit card payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to a high standard.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, including taking orders and serving customers.
