Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinic Manager to join our team at Optical Express in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' management experience, preferably within the private healthcare or aesthetics sector. They will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration between clinical and retail teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage P&L accounts. They will also have a good understanding of statutory policies, including HR and Health and Safety, and experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration between clinical and retail teams.
  • Managing P&L accounts and controlling costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory policies, including HR and Health and Safety.
