Learning Mentor

Protocol Education is seeking a dynamic and committed Learning Mentor to join our team. As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students facing learning challenges due to social, emotional, or behavioural issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support and guidance to students encountering challenges in learning.
- Develop and implement focused mentoring programs to address specific learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams, and other departments to address student needs and develop strategies to overcome barriers.
- Use progress, attendance, and behaviour data to inform teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance levels of attendance and punctuality through close collaboration with the attendance officer and Safeguarding team.
- Plan and deliver lessons/workshops tailored to the specific needs of the scheduled cohort.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment.
