Morson Talent is currently recruiting for a Site Quality Manager (UK) to join their team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing site quality arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the nuclear industry and contribute to the success of our client.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and manage site quality arrangements, including installation, commissioning, operations, and other project lifecycle phases.
• Proactively support and advise on all aspects of quality management on site, including risks and issues.
• Manage and utilize assigned quality personnel effectively.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure quality requirements are defined and implemented during site induction and training processes.
• Establish effective communication channels with customers and suppliers.
• Implement appropriate auditing arrangements for site activities.

**Requirements:**
A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management and assurance, preferably in the nuclear industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory environments and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in a relevant field and professional certifications, such as CQI or IRCA, would be beneficial.

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
