Cornerstone is seeking relief colleagues to join our team covering services in Stonehaven and Portlethen. Our relief contracts offer the flexibility to choose your own working hours, making it an ideal job for those with other commitments.

You will play a vital role in providing excellent care and support to individuals living with disabilities and/or additional support needs. Your duties will include personal care, medication management, housekeeping, and meal preparation. You will also support individuals in achieving their goals, participating in hobbies, and engaging with their local communities.

We offer competitive pay, estimated at £24,336 per year part-time pro rata, depending on location and experience. Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and commit to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with our Training Academy support.

Candidates must be willing to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, waking nights, and public holidays. We welcome applications from all sections of the community and actively seek to increase diversity within our workforce.
