- Act as a focal point for financial compliance and reporting within the AMO & engineering group, facilitating effective liaison and coordination between responsible AMO line managers and Finance.
- Champion and focal point for the Quality Management System (QMS) used within the AMO & Engineering Group, monitoring compliance with QMS policies on behalf of the Head of AMO and identifying, developing, and embedding QMS improvements.
- Practitioner-level experience in Risk capture and reporting systems.
- Practitioner-level experience in Performance reporting functions.
- Advanced user skills and experience with Microsoft Office Excel.
- The ability to generate and present statistical data in tabular and graphical forms.
- Familiarity with business-unit financial control and practices.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and monitoring teams for adherence. Experience of QMS improvement projects preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with demonstratable experience in building effective relationships across teams and with support functions.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
