Job Description
We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Harris Academy Morden. As a key member of the South Quadrant governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all academies within the quadrant are compliant with statutory requirements. You will work closely with academy leaders and specialist staff to develop and implement compliance procedures, provide training and guidance, and collaborate with the Federation central team to share best practices and address compliance concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on compliance work across the South Quadrant, ensuring all academies are compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Support specialist staff in each academy to take responsibility for statutory compliance.
  • Provide professional development in areas of compliance for academy-based staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and working with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software packages.
  • Basic knowledge of financial procedures.
