Job Title: Senior Children's Home Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment, managing a residential care service that provides support to young people with challenging behaviours. The home is rated GOOD by OFSTED and we are seeking someone who can build and develop the staff team while ensuring the service meets high standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, quality assurance, and working closely with our HR team to ensure the service is safe and effective. A full-time, permanent contract is on offer, with competitive pay up to £50,000.

We require an individual with NVQ Level 3 in children and young people, preferably Level 5 or working towards. Deputy or Registered Management experience is also necessary. If you have a driving licence and are based in Burton, this could be the ideal role for you.

The job involves managing a residential care service that provides support to young people with EBD and challenging behaviours. You will need to work closely with the RI team to ensure the service is safe and effective. The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED and we are looking for someone who can maintain this standard.

The salary for this role is up to £50,000, making it a competitive offer. We also provide a full-time, permanent contract, which includes on-call responsibilities. If you are willing to travel long distances, discussions can be had about adjusting start and finish times.
