At Cutover Enterprise, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cyber Risk Specialist to join our Information Security Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career looking to kick-start their career in information security, governance, and compliance.

This hands-on position will assist in maintaining and advancing our governance and compliance initiatives. We are proud to have held the ISO 27001 certification for a number of years and participate in an SOC 2 Type 2 audit annually.

As a key member of our team, you will perform risk analysis to shape foundational business decisions, educating and supporting internal stakeholders on organizational, supplier, and security risks, as well as best mitigation practices.

You will serve as an essential hands-on information security resource and subject matter expert for governance, risk, and compliance, including audits, questionnaires, and policy documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and advancing our governance and compliance initiatives
  • Perform risk analysis to shape foundational business decisions

  • Serve as an essential hands-on information security resource and subject matter expert
  • Support the creation of risk assessments, including documenting security reviews and evaluating potential internal and external threats

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a recently achieved information security certification
  • Genuine passion for information security, privacy, and data confidentiality
  • Ability to assist with answering questions and participating in client questionnaires and audits
  • Capacity to provide guidance for the development, maintenance, communication, and enforcement of corporate information security policies, standards, and procedures
