Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Arrears Management Specialist to join our team at CHL Mortgages. As a key member of the operations department, you will be responsible for managing and dealing with all aspects of processes relating to existing residential and buy-to-let mortgages which are progressing towards and already in litigation.

The successful candidate will have a mortgage servicing background and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment. You will be flexible and have a desire to work hard, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accounts from the Pre-litigation work queue
  • Assess the suitability of each individual case
  • Ensure all relevant contact has been attempted and no agreement can be met
  • Work closely with the Asset Management Team to achieve both a timely and satisfactory conclusion
  • Provide a prompt and comprehensive telephone response to all customer and third-party queries
  • Prepare court packs for possession cases
  • Upload cases to solicitors' portals

Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday per annum, up to 15% annual discretionary bonus based on performance, and a company pension scheme.
