At Liberty, we are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our team. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing, renewing, and fitting roofing trusses, soffit fascia, and barge boards
  • Repairing and renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and flooring
  • Repairing and renewing doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
  • Repairing and renewing kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repairing and replacing ironmongery to doors and windows
  • Repairing and renewing timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglazing timber fencing and gates
  • Carrying out multi-skill trades, including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing

Requirements:

  • A recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Operative/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms and Disabled adaptations
  • Competence in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades and experience working within a social housing environment
  • A driving licence is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
