About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an organised and administratively skilled Temporary HR Assistant to join our team in Alfreton. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing support with day-to-day tasks, including employee onboarding, contracts, and maintaining personnel records.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the head office with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to general HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR role.
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR/Payroll systems.
Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this role is £50, and we estimate that you will work approximately 200 hours over the 8-week period, resulting in a total payment of £10,000.
