  • Operate shot blasting equipment to clean, prepare, and finish surfaces according to project specifications.
  • Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared for coating, painting, or other applications.
  • Supervising priming and painting processes for medium to heavy fabrications
  • Inspect equipment regularly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable background in industrial shotblasting/ Painting
  • Proficiency in operating shot blasting equipment and related tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial spray painting equipment
  • Strong Man Management experience
  • Ability to interpret project specifications and work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
