Job Overview
Norse Commercial Services Limited is a leading provider of catering, cleaning, and facilities management services in the local region. We are seeking an experienced Mobile Kitchen Manager to lead our teams across Barnstaple and surrounding areas on a permanent, part-time basis.
The successful candidate will have experience leading a busy kitchen environment, capable of organising catering staff as well as being hands-on with meal preparation and cooking. They will be responsible for providing cover and support to our on-site teams, both in times of absence and when additional service is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead food preparation, cooking, and service delivery in multiple kitchens across the area.
- Organise catering staff and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
