About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Causeway Technologies. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining positive cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and queries.
  • Chase outstanding debt and meet monthly cash collection targets.
  • Follow credit control procedures to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
  • Produce regular reports on debt management and cash collection.
  • Identify slow-moving accounts and escalate for case management.
  • Investigate and issue credit notes to correct errors.
  • Manage correspondence with customers to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in credit control or a related field.
  • Knowledge of debt recovery procedures and credit control systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
