Join Our Team as a Systems Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Systems Design function as a Systems Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex weapons systems for the UK and partner nation Armed Forces.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, applying your university learning to real-world engineering challenges. You will be involved in the concepting, designing, delivering, and supporting the latest Complex Weapons capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop requirements and functional architectures for complex weapons systems
  • Design and develop concept solutions for missile and weapon systems
  • Analyse performance and support trade-off studies
  • Manage interfaces and integration of systems and sub-systems
  • Prove and certify activities at weapon and missile system level
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Technology, or Computing. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for innovation.
