Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve strategic departmental goals.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and information transfer.
  • Be fully conversant with all restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a luxury five-star environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours is required.
  • Impeccable personal presentation is essential.
  • Must be well-organized and IT-literate.
  • Knowledge of booking systems such as OpenTable is essential.
  • Knowledge of Outlook is also essential.
  • Good telephone manner is required.
