Restaurant Server Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service by discovering and meeting the needs of our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high standards.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and information transfer.
  • Be fully conversant with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and training of new staff members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury five-star environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Well-organized and IT literate.
  • Knowledge of booking systems and Outlook.
  • Good telephone manner.
