Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at Hft. As a key member of our Partnerships and Philanthropy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our philanthropy strategy, managing high-level relationships with donors, and playing a crucial role in growing our income from high-value prospects and donors.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing high-level relationships with new and existing donors, with a strong understanding of donor motivations and a ability to deliver tailored communications and create a bespoke donor journey.

You will be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for companies and high net worth individuals to support our vital work, and will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to grow our philanthropic income over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our philanthropy strategy to grow our income from high-value prospects and donors
  • Manage and develop high-level relationships with new and existing donors
  • Identify opportunities for companies and high net worth individuals to support our vital work
  • Deliver tailored communications and create a bespoke donor journey
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to increase income from high-value prospects and donors
