Cafe Bar Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Bar Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious health clubs. As a Cafe Bar Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining the cleanliness of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high standard of service at all times
- Maintain the cleanliness of the department, including the cafe bar and kitchen areas
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
- Upsell and promote products and services to customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high standards
- A flair for working in a fast-paced environment and being calm under pressure
- A level 2 certificate in food safety or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food environment, although full training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
