Day Camp Lifeguard Role Available

We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety and supervision of children participating in water activities, ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable experience. We're committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all our campers, and we rely on our lifeguards to make this happen.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Enforce the swimming pool code of conduct rigorously to ensure safe swim sessions.
- Monitor the swimming pool area and respond quickly to any incidents.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to children using the swimming pool.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of 14.57*, inclusive of holiday pay. You'll also benefit from our comprehensive induction programme, which covers everything you need to know about working with us.
**What We're Looking For:**
- NPLQ qualified with a proven track record of working in a lifeguarding role.
- Availability to work during School Holidays.
- A strong understanding of child safety and protection policies.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given).
