Teaching Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Special Educational Needs school in Cheltenham.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment for students with SEMH needs.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Providing individual support to students with SEMH needs
- Leading small group sessions to promote social interaction and learning
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting back to teachers
