Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our Venture Capital team. As a key member of our legal function, you will play a critical role in managing a broad range of legal issues, including commercial law, financial services, real estate, and employment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with sharp negotiation skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset. You will excel in handling complex matters, from managing contentious disputes to navigating legal challenges, with the ability to balance risk management with commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad range of legal issues, including commercial law, financial services, real estate, and employment
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risk and drive commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal advice and support
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial law and regulations

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian language and civil law experience a plus
