The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, with experience in export operations, customs clearance, and trade compliance. You will be responsible for managing export shipments, coordinating with overseas partners, and ensuring timely delivery.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from 30k-35k dependent on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including gym membership, private healthcare, and a personalized development program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job costing and preparing quotes
  • Liaising with overseas partners/offices
  • Creating job files on in-house systems
  • Liaising with customers for clearance instructions
  • Completing customs clearance
  • Updating customers throughout the process
  • Organizing and arranging airline collection and delivery
  • Costing and invoicing, and arranging payment where necessary
  • Conversing with airlines/agents and hauliers to ensure smooth start-to-finish processes
  • Providing first-class customer service
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Strong knowledge of export operations, customs clearance, and trade compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
