Responsibilities

  • Communicate codes, alerts, drills, and other announcements according to established policies and protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or telecommunications role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
