Theatre Recovery Lead Opportunity

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Recovery Nurse / ODP to work as a Theatre Recovery Lead in our private hospital near Banbury.

We pride ourselves on the care of our patients and are equipped to carry out a multitude of procedures, treatments, and investigations.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus EXCELLENT BENEFITS.

About the Job

You will be working as a Theatre Recovery Lead and will be responsible for providing high-standard individualized patient care, leading a motivated team, and ensuring the smooth running of the theatre recovery department.

Requirements
  • NMC/HCP registered with no restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 years UK theatre recovery experience
  • ALS qualification highly desirable
  • Excellent time management
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Excellent communication skills
