We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our new brownfield site in Ellesmere Port, manufacturing and supplying major UK Retailers with tissue products.
About the Role- Assume operational P&L responsibility for a complex, high-volume plant, delivering business objectives focused on volume growth and profit.
- Implement site strategy to ensure capex projects are delivered on time, production volumes are achieved, and customer expectations are met.
- Drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across areas such as Safety, Quality, and Productivity (OEE).
- Help ensure the site achieves required profitability by exceeding annual targets, showing year-on-year improvement.
- Degree calibre, candidates will have a proven operational/manufacturing plant/site management background gained in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience of utilising and driving continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
