About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and be part of the UK's leading hospitality business, Whitbread. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
