Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our team at Blue Arrow - Southampton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of kitchen porters to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.

- A great work-life balance with predominantly Monday to Friday working hours and 1 in 3 weekends or alternate depending on business needs.
